This Document Box is in fact masquerading as a Briefcase and has been crafted by Mark Firth from Blackwood, Maple & Jacaranda. The body is Blackwood, the veneered panel is Qld Maple Burl, the banding is Pomelle Sapele & Maple, splines are Jacaranda and the handle is Tiny Leaf Blackwood. Measures 425 x 300 x 110 mm and weighs approximately 5 kg and has comes with pencil case.
The metal components are made from brass, except for the handle posts. This box would make an exceptional gift for any business person.
