Sean Staniforth has has created this bowl to be both functional, decorative and collectable. Made from American White Oak, American Black Walnut, Jarrah, Merbau, New Guinea Rosewood. Layers of veneer: 31 (at 4.1mm thick), Diameter (top of the bowl): 305mm, Diameter (base of the bowl): 55mm, Height: 129mm, Internal depth: 118mm, Wall thickness: 17mm. Sean sources his timber from a combination of recovered high quality joinery offcuts and newly sourced FSC certified timber. He uses water proof Titebond 3 Glue and 2 coats of certified food safe Kunos Countertop Oil (produced by Livos Australia)
